Ryan Douglas (he/him) is a warm, collaborative therapist who supports individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, and relationship challenges. With a grounded, empathetic presence, he creates a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal and grow.
Drawing from over 20 years in corporate leadership and coaching, Ryan brings a thoughtful, person-centered approach to therapy. He helps individuals reconnect with themselves, process difficult emotions, and build emotional resilience—especially men seeking deeper self-awareness and authenticity.
Ryan also works with couples to repair connections, improve communication, and build secure, loving bonds. In addition to ongoing therapy, he offers workshops for couples for those looking for focused, immersive support.
His integrative, psychobiological approach blends evidence-based modalities such as PACT, EFT, Somatic Experiencing, Narrative Therapy, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
