Chase Health
“Women deserve more than expensive promises. They deserve clinicians who will tell them what actually works, what doesn’t, and where their money is best spent.”
— Dr. Rebecca Chase, Founder, Chase Health
Meet Dr. Rebecca Chase
Chase Health is a virtual menopause and metabolic health clinic founded by physician Dr. Rebecca Chase to make evidence-based care more accessible to women navigating midlife.
We caught up with Dr. Chase to talk about the gaps she saw in menopause care, why libido and metabolic health deserve a place in the conversation, and what it means to give women practical information about their bodies without shame, misinformation, or expensive promises.
-
As a physician specializing in menopause, I watched my waitlist grow to over a year. Women simply couldn’t wait that long.
By the time they saw me, many had already spent hundreds—or thousands—of dollars on expensive supplements, hormone protocols, or treatments that promised to restore their libido, energy, and hormones. Sometimes they helped. Often, they didn’t.
What I saw over and over was that women weren’t looking for a miracle. They were looking for honest, evidence-based care.
That’s why I created Chase Health. Our team of specially trained nurse practitioners provides comprehensive care for low libido, menopause, hormone concerns, weight changes, insulin resistance, and long-term metabolic health, with physician oversight for complex cases.
Women deserve more than expensive promises. They deserve clinicians who will tell them what actually works, what doesn’t, and where their money is best spent.

I saw two major gaps: access to care and comprehensive, evidence-based menopause care.
Menopause care is often focused on symptom relief alone, overlooking the metabolic changes that can accompany this stage of life, including changes in weight, insulin resistance, cholesterol, blood pressure, and long-term cardiovascular health.
I created Chase Health to give women timely access to care that looks at both menopause and metabolic health, delivered by a team of specially trained nurse practitioners working with physician oversight.

The most rewarding part has been realizing that I don’t have to see every patient myself to make a meaningful difference.
By training an incredible team of nurse practitioners to practise with the same evidence-based approach and values, we’ve been able to help far more women access high-quality menopause and metabolic care without waiting months or years.
Knowing that women are finally getting the answers, education, and treatment they deserve—and hearing how much better they feel because of it—is what makes all the hard work worthwhile.

I’m excited to be part of CLIMAX because it’s creating the kind of conversations women have needed for a long time—honest, evidence-based, and free of shame.
Sexual health, libido, and menopause have been overlooked for far too long, and I love any opportunity to help women better understand what’s happening in their bodies and what options they actually have.
This mission is also why I co-host the podcast Cliterally Obsessed with pelvic floor physiotherapist Lisa Flanders, where we tackle topics like sex, menopause, pelvic health, and relationships with expert guests—all with the goal of replacing shame and misinformation with practical, evidence-based education.
If women leave CLIMAX feeling informed, empowered, and a little less alone, then it’s been a success.

To me, sexual wellness is about giving this part of our health the same attention we give every other aspect of our well-being.
It means addressing the physical changes that can affect intimacy—like genitourinary syndrome of menopause, pain with sex, hormonal changes, or low sexual desire—while also recognizing that sexuality is about more than hormones.
It’s about feeling safe, informed, and free from shame to explore intimacy, whether that’s with a partner or through solo sexual activity.
Sexual wellness isn’t defined by how often you have sex. It’s about having the knowledge, support, and confidence to experience sexuality in a way that feels healthy, enjoyable, and authentic to you.
