  • Our programming is shaped by real conversations about what people are curious about — and where they often feel stuck when it comes to sex, intimacy, and relationships. Throughout the day, attendees can explore talks, panels and workshops led by leading educators in sexual wellness.

    Sessions will explore a wide range of topics, including:

    • Pleasure and desire — from pleasure mapping and erotic imagination to expanding your erotic repertoire

    • Sexual health and the body — including hormones, menopause, postpartum sexuality, erectile dysfunction, pelvic health, and painful sex

    • Relationships and communication — exploring monogamy, alternative relationship structures, infidelity and repair, and embodied boundaries

    • Identity and sexual exploration — questioning orientation, intersectional sexuality, and overcoming sexual shame

    • Sexual skills and play — touch skills, erotic movement, fantasy-building, kink for beginners, sex toy knowledge and techniques, and creative approaches to pleasure.

    • Sex across life stages — dating later in life, sex after 50, parenting and intimacy, and navigating changing bodies.
