Liv (they/them) is a registered social worker, psychotherapist, who works primarily with queer and neurodivergent folks who have experienced complex trauma. They are a queer, non-binary, autistic, ADHD and disabled therapist, with a deep understanding of the importance of trust and sense of safety in the therapy room for the neurodivergent and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. Their focus is on helping folks identify and honour your needs, feel empowered, and reduce the cycle of burnout.
They are guided by anti-oppressive, strength-based, trauma-informed care and use methods such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to get to the root of what you are struggling with.
They offer services to youth, adults, couples/relationships, families, and groups, virtually in Ontario and Quebec, and in-person in Cornwall.
