Shayne Cage (he/him) is the organizer of L.O.C.K. (Lovers of Chastity & Kink), a free monthly social event celebrating chastity and kink that takes place on the third Wednesday of every month from 8:00–11:00 p.m. at the Black Eagle in Toronto's Church-Wellesley Village.

Dubbed 'the kink of 2025' by Cosmopolitan, chastity has experienced a remarkable surge in mainstream popularity, with an estimated 2.5% of the American population now owning a chastity cage. In May, Shayne completed what is believed to be the largest Canadian survey of chastity enthusiasts to date, gathering insights from participants across North America to better understand the motivations, experiences, and appeal of chastity play. The survey revealed that many participants were drawn to the heightened anticipation and increased libido associated with prolonged denial, the playful excitement of public and private cage checks, and, for many, the unique psychological thrill of consensual humiliation and power exchange that chastity can provide.

Shayne is currently studying psychology at Toronto Metropolitan University and brings more than twelve years of experience in health promotion to the CLIMAX Conference, with a particular focus on sexual health and wellness and STBBI prevention. His writings on HIV stigma, disclosure, resilience, HIV prevention, sex work, and sexual health has been published by Xtra, Positive Side, Hivster.com, PositiveLite.com, and Guerilla Magazine.

A long-time advocate for HIV awareness and education, Shayne served as a national campaign model for the 2016 #LoveIsLoveIsLove campaign and the Canadian AIDS Society's #SexHappens World AIDS Day campaign. In 2014, he also appeared as a guest on MTV Canada Presents: Being Positive – A World AIDS Day Special, where he shared his lived experiences to help reduce stigma and promote greater understanding of people living with HIV.
