TR Appleby (he/she/they) is a Neo-Tantra Guide and Ritual Facilitator with more than 300 hours of professional training and certification. Drawing on a strong foundation in trauma-informed energy work and breathwork, as well as experience co-founding the Nova Scotia Psychedelic Society, TR has spent years exploring and studying a wide range of altered states of consciousness.
