TR Appleby (he/she/they) is a Ritual Facilitator and Neo-Tantra Coach who weaves sacred sexuality, breath work, and ritual into modern life. TR brings lived experience, authenticity and a trauma informed perspective to conversations on intimacy and sexual wellness. They have hosted over 100 group events, co-founded the Nova Scotia Psychedelic Society, and are certified in Holosomatic Energy Work. Currently, TR is excited to co-author a book on conscious love, intentional sex, psychedelics, and navigating polyamory.
